The Exodus Foundation is looking for volunteers to assist in our Christmas programme this year. The support of generous volunteers is called upon to make this Christmas a memorable and successful one for all of us, including and more importantly, those most in need in our community.
Our Christmas volunteer opportunities are listed below and all roles require a specific time commitment. Volunteers can of course apply for multiple positions or time slots.
The Exodus Foundation is committed to providing a safe working environment for all, including children. Volunteers will need a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) number before applying for a position. WWCCs are free for volunteers and applications can be completed at the office of the Children’s Guardian or via this link.
In order to improve our volunteer experience, all volunteers are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct.
Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and will be required to attend an induction session prior to commencing their shift. The details will be confirmed closer to your start date.

Christmas Volunteer Positions Available
Bump Out Crew – (25th Dec, 3pm – 7pm; 26th Dec, 8am – 3pm)
Bump Out Crew are responsible for packing up the site on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. If you are interested in this role, please fill the form here.
Crowd Control – (25th Dec, 7am – 11am; 11am – 3pm)
Crowd Control volunteers are responsible for managing the flow of people on site on Christmas Day. If you are interested in this role, please fill the form here.
Santa’s Cave Team Member – (25th Dec, 9:30am – 2:30pm)
Santa’s Cave Team Members are responsible for assisting in the preparation, sorting, packing and storing of donated gifts. If you are interested in this role, please fill the form here.
