Easter is always a special time at The Exodus Foundation. It’s a time of hope.

Today there are more homeless Australians and they feel more isolated. Doing something special for them at Easter is a great way of making them feel like they really do matter.

On Maundy Thursday Rev. Bill Crews will wash the feet of our homeless guests, just as Jesus washed the feet of his disciples.

“It’s humbling work, but for me it’s holy work too”, he said.

And thanks to your support, on Easter Sunday we’ll have freshly baked hot cross buns for our poor and homeless guests in the Loaves & Fishes Free Restaurant. “Just because you are homeless doesn’t mean you should miss out on the good things at Easter!” quipped Rev. Crews.
